every time" - we hold ourselves accountable thus we are able to back ourselves

For example our photographers/videographers always carry back-up equipment to each
wedding. We have back-up photographers ready to go, should an unforeseen situation
arise where the photographer can not get to the wedding. Also our back-up
photographers are Bella certified so there are no quality concern issues should
they need to be brought in AND we make sure they have all the same details of the
style requests and must have shots the original photographer would have had.
Recourse:
What if something does go wrong? If something does not go exactly according to plan
– there are always going to be changes, delays or things that just don’t
turn out the way you had planned them to – in these situations Bella is there
for you! We have a full customer service and creative team standing by post wedding
to make sure you get the attention you deserve even after your wedding – unlike
other photographers/videographers who simply don’t respond to clients post-wedding
requests or concerns, we work with you up until your album is in your hands to ensure
